How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically these are the delivery timeframes:

NL: 1-3 business days

EU: 3-5 business days

UK: 5-7 business days

USA/Canada: 7-10 business days

Australia: 10-14 business days

If your order hasn't arrived one month after ordering, please reach out to the delivery service.

Will I be able to track my order?

All orders are sent with tracking unless you are in the Netherlands. If you are in the Netherlands and would like tracking, you can select that option at checkout.

My order has not arrived, can I get a refund or replacement?

Some orders may take longer to arrive. All of our international orders are sent with tracking, so please be sure to check there for updates first and contact your local mail carrier. If your order gets lost or returned to us we can either resend it for free (provided our shipping carrier refunds us the original shipping costs) or refund you. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the package has been returned to us in perfect condition.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

We do our best to ensure your item arrives safely, but in the case that it does not, please contact us and we will come up with a solution together!

Are the bookmarks laminated?

Materials are clearly stated in all listings. As of now we do not sell any laminated products. All of our materials are carefully selected to suit each design, and all products are printed on high-quality material. If you are worried about damage, please see the care instructions included in each listing.
